4.1 Subscription Model (Non-Recurring) All subscription plans on Pomantra.com are billed on a pre-paid, non-recurring basis. We do not store your payment details for automatic debits.

  • Manual Renewal Required: Your membership will not automatically renew at the end of the billing cycle. To continue accessing premium services, you must manually renew your subscription by making a new payment upon expiration.
  • Expiration: If you choose not to renew, your access to premium features will automatically cease at the end of your current paid term.

4.2 Available Plans We offer various membership tiers (e.g., Monthly, Yearly, or One-Time access) as displayed on our pricing page at the time of purchase. Specific terms regarding the duration of access are described at the point of checkout.

5. Payments and Account Activation

  • Manual Verification Process: To ensure security and community compliance, access to Pomantra Premium features is not granted immediately upon payment. All new subscriptions require manual administrative approval. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for our team to review and activate your account following a successful payment.
  • Currency: Transactions are processed in USD (Global) or INR (India) depending on your selected region.
  • Price Changes: We reserve the right to change pricing for future subscriptions. This will not affect any active subscription term you have already paid for.

6. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Because Pomantra provides access to digital media which cannot be “returned,” we do not offer refunds for any membership plan once the payment is processed.

  • By making a purchase, you acknowledge that there is a 24-48 hour activation window and agree that this waiting period does not constitute grounds for a refund.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its contents (including audio mantras, text, graphics, logos, and software) are the exclusive property of Pomantra.

  • License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to stream and listen to the content for personal, non-commercial use only.
  • Prohibited Uses: You may not download (unless a specific download feature is provided), record, screen-capture, redistribute, resell, broadcast, or share the content on any other platform (such as YouTube, WhatsApp, or Social Media).

8. Third-Party Links and Ads

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services (such as Google AdSense advertisements) that are not owned or controlled by Pomantra. Pomantra has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services. You acknowledge and agree that Pomantra shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of such content, goods, or services available on or through any such web sites.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms (e.g., sharing account details or ripping audio). You may terminate your account at any time via your account dashboard; however, no refunds will be issued for remaining time on your subscription.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pomantra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service. We do not guarantee that listening to mantras will cure any ailment, solve personal problems, or produce specific results. The content is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Andhra Pradesh, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via the email associated with your account or a prominent notice on the site. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
