Putrarthi labhate putran moksharthi labhate gatim ॥ 6 ॥

Samvatsarena siddhim cha labhate natra samshayah ॥ 7 ॥
Ashtabhyo brahmane bhyashcha likhitva yah samarpayet
Tasya vidya bhavetsarva Ganeshasya prasadatah ॥ 8 ॥

Verse 1:
- Pranamya shirasa devam Gauriputram Vinayakam
- Bhaktavasam smarennityam ayushkama artha siddhaye
- Meaning: Bowing my head in reverence to the divine Lord, Vinayaka, the son of Gauri, who resides in the hearts of his devotees, I always remember him to achieve a long life, fulfill my desires, and attain wealth and success.
Verse 2:
- Prathamam Vakratundam cha Ekadantam dwitiyakam
- Tritiyam Krishnapingaksham Gajavaktram chaturthakam
- Meaning: First, as the one with the curved trunk (Vakratunda). Second, as the one with a single tusk (Ekadanta). Third, as the one with black and reddish-brown eyes (Krishnapingaksha). Fourth, as the one with the face of an elephant (Gajavaktra).
Verse 3:
- Lambodaram panchamam cha Shashtham Vikatameva cha
- Saptamam Vighnarajam cha Dhumravarnam tathashtamam
- Meaning: Fifth, as the one with a large belly (Lambodara). Sixth, as the formidable one (Vikata). Seventh, as the king of obstacles (Vighnaraja). And eighth, as the one with a smoky complexion (Dhumravarna).
Verse 4:
- Navamam Balachandram cha Dashamam tu Vinayakam
- Ekadasham Ganapatim Dwadasham tu Gajananam
- Meaning: Ninth, as the one with the moon on his forehead (Bhalachandra). Tenth, as the supreme leader (Vinayaka). Eleventh, as the lord of the ganas (Ganapati). And twelfth, as the one with the face of an elephant (Gajanana).
Verse 5 (Phalashruti – The Benefits of Recitation):
- Dwadashaitani namani trisandhyam yah pathennarah
- Na cha vighnabhayam tasya sarvasiddhikaram param
- Meaning: Any person who recites these twelve names at the three junctures of the day (morning, noon, and evening) will have no fear of obstacles, and all their endeavors will be crowned with success.
Verse 6:
- Vidyarthi labhate vidyam dhanarthi labhate dhanam
- Putrarthi labhate putran moksharthi labhate gatim
- Meaning: A student will gain knowledge, one who desires wealth will gain riches, one who desires a son will be blessed with a son, and a seeker of liberation will attain their goal (moksha).
Verse 7:
- Japet Ganapati stotram shadbhir masaih phalam labhet
- Samvatsarena siddhim cha labhate natra samshayah
- Meaning: By chanting this Ganapati stotram, one can attain the desired results within six months. Within a year, one will achieve complete success (siddhi), of this there is no doubt.
Verse 8:
- Ashtabhyo brahmane bhyashcha likhitva yah samarpayet
- Tasya vidya bhavetsarva Ganeshasya prasadatah
- Meaning: One who gets this stotram written by eight Brahmins and offers it to Lord Ganesha will be blessed with all knowledge and wisdom by the grace of Lord Ganesha himself.
