Thank you for choosing Pomantra. We are dedicated to providing you with a seamless space for your spiritual practice. This policy details our terms regarding refunds for all membership purchases made through our website, Pomantra.com. Please read it carefully before making a purchase.
1. Nature of Service & Account Activation
Pomantra provides digital access to a library of audio mantra chants and spiritual content.
- Activation Window: Unlike automated services, our security protocols require a manual verification process. After you pay, it may take 24 to 48 hours for your account to be reviewed and activated.
- Digital Goods: Once your account is activated, the service is considered “consumed.” As such, we cannot accept returns on digital access.
2. All Sales Are Final
All purchases made on Pomantra.com are final, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. Once a payment is processed, we do not offer refunds or credits for any reason, including but not limited to:
- The Activation Delay: You acknowledge the 24-48 hour waiting period before purchase and agree that this wait time is not grounds for a refund.
- Change of Mind: Personal changes in financial circumstances or buyer’s remorse.
- Usage: Lack of use or “not listening” to the content during your membership period.
- Taste/Preference: Dissatisfaction with the specific style, tone, or recording quality of the mantras.
- Technical Limitations: Issues related to your personal device, internet connection, or browser incompatibility, provided our platform is functioning correctly.
3. Non-Recurring Memberships (No Cancellation Needed)
All our membership plans (Monthly, Yearly, etc.) are pre-paid and non-recurring.
- No Auto-Billing: We do not store your card details for automatic renewal. You will never be charged automatically.
- Expiration: Because there is no automatic billing to “cancel,” your access simply expires automatically at the end of your paid term.
- No Partial Refunds: If you choose to stop using the Service before your plan expires, we do not provide pro-rated refunds for the remaining time.
4. One-Time Membership Policy
If you purchase a “One-Time Access” or “Lifetime” membership:
- Non-Refundable: This fee is a single, upfront payment and is strictly non-refundable.
- Service Life: This membership grants access for the lifetime of the Pomantra Service. If Pomantra ceases operations, discontinues the Service, or terminates the platform for any reason, no refunds (full or partial) will be issued.
5. Acknowledgment of Terms
By completing a purchase on Pomantra.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this No Refund Policy. You agree not to file a chargeback or dispute with your bank or payment provider for reasons that fall under this policy (such as the activation delay or “change of mind”).
6. Billing Errors
If you believe there has been a billing error (such as a duplicate payment for the same invoice), please contact us immediately so we can rectify the issue.
